Buffet Breakfast at The Okura Prestige Hotel

November 4, 2018

This was the only morning that we had breakfast at the hotel. We intentionally didn’t get daily buffet breakfasts kasi sobra na kaming overweight.

It was Oyen who wanted to try their buffet breakfast kasi one of her friends told her masarap daw. Lugi ako pag buffet kasi I only get to eat so little.

The food selection was good but it was not something that wowed me. I enjoyed more the view.

The trees reminded me of Central Park in Manhattan.

We were curious about the condominium building across the hotel. The waiter told us the least expensive unit there costs US$2,000,000. The penthouse unit is owned by one of the billionaires in Thailand. He bought it for US$43,000,000. That’s an insane amount of money just for a penthouse condo.

We stayed at the hotel’s lobby for a few minutes after breakfast still wondering about the people living in that expensive condo.
