I believe in God, my one God

If you don’t believe in God, or in Jesus Christ or in what’s written in the Bible, it’s okay. But contain yourselves from mocking God. You may criticize how other religions interpret God’s teachings or how they practice their own faith but never mock God. Some people pretend to be learned when in comes to religion and say that we have different Gods. Tayong mga tao natuto lang ng konti sobra na tayong mayabang.

I believe in God and I pray to God every single day and I don’t analyze if he is the same God of my neighbor or that of the parish priests. I believe in God, the only God that I know of, and I hold on to my faith. There are many things written in the Bible that I also do not agree on and believe in but it is no reason for me to abandon my faith and to mock God either in private or in public.

I pray a lot and I bother God all the time. I am always asking for his help. For his guidance. For his protection. And I do know how to express my gratitude. I always thank him for all this. For the comfortable bed, cars, food, air con, money, shoes, water, house, travel, for everything. Even when money is scarce or kulang let’s still be thankful, at least meron pa rin kesa wala.
Other than material blessings, there are many reasons to thank God for. I can go on and on and on and list down all his blessings. Above all, I thank him for the gift of life and love from family.

Let’s always keep in mind RESPECT. RESPETO SA KAPWA. RESPETO SA DYOS.
