It’s been a while since we received our daily supply of newspaper. Every day that passed,
Edmund and I came up with a different conspiracy theory. The first and second day of his absence, we concluded he was probably just plain absent. Third day — “may utang ba tayo sa kanya? Did we pay him?” On the fifth day, we were thinking maybe he got sick.
On the 7th day, we convinced ourselves that he gave up on us, basta hindi na nya kami type bigyan ng dyaryo. On the second week, we thought, baka he retired na. Or he just didn’t like to distribute newspaper anymore.

Luma na our newspapers. I’ve seen Aiai de las Alas several times in the church. She looks a little different in this photo. Mukha syang Caucasian dito.

Pinoy transgender super model, super gorgeous sya ano? One can’t tell the difference. Madalas I see very tall Filipinos or Filipinas na pala, they are so good looking and stunning like super models talaga. Maiinlove nga ang mga lalake.

This is my favorite photo. It reminded me of my childhood. Nung araw pag merong lilipat ng tirahan, they bring their houses with them. I had actually seen bahay kubo being carried by dozens of men (bayanihan, no pay). I was standing in front of our house and biglang there was a commotion.
My mom said “Ka Ising, sa’n ba ang lipat nyo?”
Ka Ising— “Felicing, dyan sa Gupiing”.
Words and names rhyme ano? Ganyan nung araw. Puro ing ing.

bahay kawayan,

Edmund went jogging very early this morning (two ing-ings)

He chanced upon another newspaper man. Naku, namatay na pala kaya pala wala kaming dyaryo.
