Noodle Exchange at the Gold Coast Hotel

You’ll never run out of good places to eat in Las Vegas. We’re just starting but we’re not actually exploring what’s really out here.
We stick to the same old Asian favorites like noodles, noodles and noodles.

When we went to Ping Pang Pong, we saw another Chinese restaurant in the same hotel and on the ground floor, Noodle Exchange. It’s more casual than Ping Pang Pong.

Edmund and I went there for lunch thinking that they have dimsum. Wala pala, noodles meron, shabu-shabu style.

We didn’t order any other dish to go with the shabu-shabu.

The soup stock was made even more flavorful with the mixture of all the ingredients. I could taste the shrimp flavor after boiling it for 10 minutes.

We only had one dish, Seafood Hotpot. It was enough to make us full.
