Service Technician caught

One of the senior service technicians working at Ford EDSA for many years was caught stealing company resources. The sales manager noticed him missing including his laptop. In connivance with the customer and one of our pre-delivery inspection drivers, they were caught diagnosing the customer’s vehicle using our diagnostic tools in Ford Connecticut. We no longer operate in that facility. We only use that area for parking of vehicles. The service and sales are now integrated in the new building for more efficiency.

This senior technician is stealing from the company who pays his salaries and benefits. Maraming empleyado ngayon, hindi nila pinapahalagahan na meron silang trabaho na marangal. Gusto pang magnakaw sa kumpanya. Gusto palang mag repair ng sasakyan sa labas, eh di lumabas na lang kayo, magresign at magtayo kayo ng sarili nyong talyer.

Sa Makati rin, one of the guys we trusted so much was doing the same thing that’s why Oyen fired him. Ewan kung yayaman yun sa panloloko nya.

Ang problema dito sa Pilipinas, ang mga kliyente ay kasabwat sa pangloloko at pagnanakaw sa kumpanya. Mahiya naman kayo, naiintindihan namin na gusto nyong makatipid. Lahat naman tayo gustong makatipid, pero masama ang ginagawa nyo. Kinakasabwat nyo sa pagnanakaw ang mga empleyado. Kayo ang unang dapat mag-bago.

Attention dear customers:
Please don’t sell your dignity to our drivers, technicians and employees. Please do not connive with our employees to do wrong. If something happens to your vehicle. Blame yourself. You are not saving money. In the long run, you are encouraging people to do bad things. To be bad.
You don’t realize it but you are giving your children and your grandchildren a new kind of breed of people. Those who do not know how to be good. To be loyal. To be honest and trustworthy. People who don’t feel grateful. The kind of people your children will encounter in the future are those you trained to be dishonest and greedy.

Huwag nyo naman kaming lokohin. We are honest in our dealings with all our customers. Cheating is not in our mission statement. Ang yumaman sa panloloko ay wala sa aming vision statement.
