Shopping in Downtown Sonoma

I love shopping in small towns.  I enjoy going to individual shops rather than in big department stores.

The shops across the park and city hall sold home decorations, books, kitchen stuff, etc.
I entered the home store in front of where our car was parked. Husband noticed that the dozens of shoppers inside the store were Caucasians.
E—–“Tart! puro puti ang mga tao dito!”
A—–“Maputi rin naman tayo ah”.

I bought one soap.
Edmund and I were drawn to the fragrant scent.

I bought one bottle of this only because we both loved the smell.

I didn’t buy plates.

These are Tuscany tablecloths.  The prices ranged from $80 to $140 depending on the size. I bought one but from another store.

I bought this autumn table cloth at a big discount because it was no longer in season.

I bought four dinner forks, four knives, and two spoons.  Why two?  The items were sold $8 plus tax per piece and the rest of the inventory had scratches on them.  According to the sales lady, these items were hotel vintage from the 1950s.

I also bought a Christmas table runner and four plain placemats.

These are the vintage silver tablewares. Pretty ‘no? Mali pala ako, the sales lady said these were from the 1890s.
