I think there’s a ghost here

I was not able to sleep on the first night of my stay here at Bally’s. Parang medyo kakaibang feeling. I felt eerie the moment I entered this room. It’s actually a nice room but I am feeling some vibrations, pero wala naman akong dalang vibrator.

Yung toilet, nagpa-flush mag-isa pag madaling araw.

On my first night, I switched off the lights in the bedroom but left the bathroom lights on. I woke up having a nightmare.
I switched on the lamp beside the table and just let it on the whole night. I prayed syempre.

Sino kaya yung multo dito. Baka siguro nung araw pa ito dito. Baka nagpoker eh natalo. Kaya ayaw umuwi kasi gustong magsugal ulit.

Oh my God, I was trying to see when Bally’s was first built. When I found this Wikipedia info:

Bally’s Las Vegas (formerly MGM Grand Hotel and Casino) is a hotel and casino on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. It is owned and operated by Caesars Entertainment Corporation. The hotel features 2,814 extra-sized guestrooms that are 450 sq ft (42 m2) or larger and over 175,000 sq ft (16,300 m2) of banquet and meeting space. The casino occupies 66,187 sq ft (6,149.0 m2). About 75% of the rooms are in the Indigo Tower, and were renovated in 2004. The remaining rooms are located in the Jubilee Tower, constructed in 1981.

The resort has a large shopping area a floor below its gaming level, including several restaurants, and there is a station along the Las Vegas Monorail at the rear of the property. Bally’s was home for the long-running production show Jubilee! which opened in 1981 and ended on February 11, 2016.

On November 21, 1980, the hotel, then operating as the MGM Grand, was the site of one of the worst high-rise fires in United States history, in which 85 people died.

OMG!!!! 85 people died! Baka dito sa room na ito. Nay ko po Waaaahhh I want to go home!
Waaaah!!! I am so scared. Na miss ko bigla si Edmund. Wala akong kasama.
I will sleep with all the lights on. Waaaahhhhh!

  2. Wahhh may mumu! I had a similar experience naman sa Lisboa hotel sa Macau! I was taking a shower tapos bigla namatay ang ilaw and parang may kumalabit sa akin.

Can you request to be moved to another room, Miss Annie?

  3. Hi Annie, maybe u can complain and be transferred to another room..You are brave enough to stay there. Ako bka, atakihin sa takot. The sooner( to complain), the better…

  4. A lot of people commit suicide in Las Vegas hotel rooms weekly. The worst is the Luxor-you can see the person crashing in the glass. Please ask to be transferred. If you ask management they are legally required to tell you if a homicide occurred in your room.

    1. Oh my. Someone told me he witnessed a Japanese guy fell from his room at Mandalay Bay. This happened years ago.

  5. Hi Anne, pls read Luke 10:19.
This story gave me some goosebumps as I also need to travel by myself at times and sleep alone in hotels for work. Hope you were able to move to a different room. Bally’ s actually had an entry in trip advisor about this. God be with you always. Be safe and take care. Best, Rissa

    1. I wasn’t able to move to a different room because their weekend was fully booked. The only room available was for smokers and in the old wing too.

    1. Hi Emily,

I am leaving soon so I just need to manage for a few more nights. I prayed and also spoke to the spirit lingering in my room.
