We are in need of a female who could competently handle the interesting day-to-day job of an HR officer.
Job opening: Human Resource Officer (HR)
Female, 35 years old or older
At least two years experience in Human Resource management and must have extremely good human behavioral skills.
Work is administrative in nature and involves documenting grievances, terminations, absences, performance reports, and compensation and benefits information.
HR officer is also involved in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees. This include posting of job openings, gathering information on new applicants, contacting references, and informing employees of their hiring status.
